www.thistledubh.com were fortunate enough to be invited out to play at a Ceilidh wedding in Choogia, near Venice Italy in May 2010.

The bride and groom had initially approached one of the few Scottish Ceilidh Bands Italy has to offer, but they were already booked to play on the date that the couple had chosen for their wedding. They then started searching online through the many Ceilidh Bands Scotland has to offer, finally booking the Thistle Dubh Ceilidh Band & Disco, who are one of the busiest Ceilidh Bands Glasgow has produced in recent years.
